Summary: Each of the shinny pins and colorful ribbons on his uniform stood for something. Something that he fought for and believed it but, they wouldn't hold him at night. They wouldn't whisper soothing words of comfort to him when the nightmares became to much. No matter how hard he fought for all the pins and ribbons, they meant nothing when the one he fought for was gone.

Note: Well, this came about while I was watching the commercial for halo: Odest. Don't like the game and the song that's played in the commercial is so.. I don't know I just like. Plus this picture didn't help at all.
